Chills is a popular youtuber who made top 10 videos. On the 12th of November, 2017, on the Top15s youtube channel Chills uploaded a video titled 'Top 15 Mysteries Solved by 4Chan'.

On the 22nd of April, 2019 the No Context Chills channel was created. On the channel, the videos were all Chills memes.
On the 23rd of August, 2019, youtuber EmKay uploaded a video titled r/Blursedimages | dwayne ain't lookin so good. At around the 7:02 mark, Chills can be heard saying 'that muffin is looking awfully like a hamster, somebody baked a hamster into my muffin. This became popular, also being used in memes
