The Evil Popcorn Man is character whose appearance can ruin any heartwarming scene in a show or movie, and turning it into something sinister.
Origins[edit | edit source]
The image first appeared in one scene in the film, Free Willie. Later, The Nostalgia Critic made the scene more well-known when he reviewed Free Willie. Since then, the Evil Popcorn Man has become a meme, and YouTubers have started using his image to ruin heartwarming scenes in funny videos usually titled "Evil Popcorn Man ruins ____".
