"Hey Beter" was a meme made in 2016. The meme is when they take Peter Griffin from Family Guy and put him in a conversation with another character, except with distorted/photoshopped visuals (and if its a video, it also has ear-bustingly loud audio, having lots of static and a sorta-disturbing tone in the voice.) Very commonly, "Hey Beter" memes use the 🅱️ emoji in the title replacing the "B" in "Beter", and they typically use characters from either Family Guy or random sources. In most "Hey Beter" comics Beter is also usually ordered to spell some words that make no sense and the video ends with him saying "Holy crap" and a payable add.
For some odd reason or another, a lot of "Hey Beter" videos got deleted from YouTube. Perhaps they know something YT doesn't want us to know?
