The meme is about a race of velociraptors in Italy that attack restaurants saying things like "Ello Guvna" or "MY PASTA!". A common trait of the creatures is attacking people for no reason or making fun of Italy but purposely mistaking it for London by saying stuff like "Ello govenar, care for a cup of tea" in a British accent. Another trait is them having a rivalry with Mario. The creatures are led by a dinosaur with a scar, also named Scar.
