Kerchow is a bootleg, and unusual version of the character Lightning McQueen, the protagonist of the Disney Cars series. It wasn't a big meme, but it was known among a fair amount of people. The basic meme format is either surreal, comic, or simply the image of the bootleg McQueen with a random quote related to "kerchoo," or "kerchow."
