On August, 15, of 2023 a tiktoker named history.awakes.around made a post showing rage comics saying the famous words that will be the staple of the meme “Napoleon what will we do?” “There’s nothing we can do.” after it showed a slideshow of Napoleon looking hopeless and sometimes staring at the ocean in defeat with Amour Plastique playing in the background. After the video was posted it gained about 1.2 million plays and 139,000 likes and became knows as the “Napoleon meme”
