Numa Numa Guy
Numa Numa guy, or just Numa guy, is a meme that centers around a video of a guy named Gary Broslma from Newgrounds dancing to The Dragostea Din Tei (although everyone calls the song Numa Numa, after the chorus). The video is famous for the way Gary waved his arms, and his overall "Geekiness". The meme had a huge reception IRL, but quickly burned out.
