"That's a Lotta Damage!" refers to a quote from American infomercial salesman Phil Swift during an advertisement for Flex Seal. After the advertisement was popularized by a JonTron video, That's a Lotta Damage, was later used in various remixes and image parodies.

On June 25th, 2015, Flex Seal uploaded a video showing the power of its product Flex Seal Liquid Rubber Coolant Coater, a spray which demonstrates its hardening liquid and is capable of stopping leaks. In the video, Phil Swift attacks a bucket with a knife and a chainsaw, creating huge holes in the bucket to test the capability of its product. Afterwards, he cries, "Now that's a lotta damage!"[1]

On September 30th, 2017, popular YouTuber JonTron uploaded a video, in which he watches and discusses the Flex Tape commercial, as well as Flex Seal's Flex Seal Liquid commercial[2] and their extreme bucket demo video. As of 2025, JonTron's video has over 73.5 million views. The video helped turn "That's a lotta damage!" into a remix meme. On October 8th, 2017, YouTuber ETHMOBOB_2, uploaded an earrape version of the scene, gaining over 473,000 views. However, the video was later deleted. It was reuploaded by YouTuber YOANE on December 27, 2018, reaching 425,520 views.[3] On October 1st, YouTuber TacCom uploaded a YouTube Poop edit of the scene, gaining over 156,000 views.
