In many videos uploaded by popular YouTubers, it is common to see someone say "Welcome to the Under 301 club, how tough are ya?" if the video is relatively new. This is a reference to a Spongebob episode, No Weenies Allowed, where Spongebob tries to make his way into the Salty Spittoon. This has spread as a sort of meme across comments sections of popular YouTube vidoes, even though people who post these comments often receive much hate for it.
