Za Warudo is a meme from Jojo's Bizzare Adventure
It is the Japanese pronunciation of 'The World' in English. It is also the name of Dio Brando's stand which first appeared in the third part of the series. It includes time-stop in which Dio has to shout his stand's name and that is where the meme came from, some of the most memorable moments Dio did in stopped time was through a series of knives and drop a steam roller on to Jotaro, who is the main Jojo of the part who is technically the equivalent of the hero of the story.
The series was a big hit in Japan, and since it became so popular it got it's own fighting game, and soon in 2012 it's own anime. in 2014 David Production's began the third part, Stardust Crusaders, which was split into two parts, with the stand fully appearing in the first part of the arc which has the name of the stand. In 2006 the meme began appearing with the popular steam roller, and after the anime was released the sound effect for the time stop that Dio has specifically for him.
